Employees*, retirees, spouses, and children are eligible to participate in a variety of ESA programs. *An employee is defined as someone who is on the home office payroll of one of the sponsoring companies. If an employee voluntarily terminates employment with one of the companies, the employee may complete whatever events or activities for which they have already registered.ESA subsidizes many events for eligible participants in order to encourage employee participation and make events more affordable. Each employee/retiree is allowed to bring one guest in addition to bringing their spouse and children up to age 18. In the case where space and supplies may be a consideration, ESA may opt to limit or not allow guest participation.Children under the age of 18 participating in ESA events must always be accompanied by a responsible adult. All participants in ESA events, regardless of location, are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner which conveys a positive reflection on the company. Behavior that is deemed unacceptable may result in ineligibility to participate in future ESA programs.PaymentVisa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted for ESA events through www.esapayment.comThe purchase link for each specific event will be located on the event flier or within the ESA newsletter.Cash is not accepted.Cancellation PoliciesIf you cancel a reservation for an event prior to the registration deadline, your money will be refunded. If you decide to cancel your reservation after the deadline, your money cannot be refunded. However, if there is a waiting list, ESA will refer you to someone who may wish to purchase your reservations/tickets. The ESA office must be notified of any name substitutions at least 48 hours prior to the event.Bailey McDowell (she/her)Employee Services & Activities Coordinator (ESA)bmcdowell@ilfb.orgClick here to sign up for ESA Announcements.
